Brew Guide

Great coffee starts with great beans, but it's perfected through precise brewing. Each method below has been tested with our full range of coffees to deliver consistent, exceptional results every time.

General Brewing Tips

Water Quality Matters Use filtered water when possible. Coffee is 98% water—make it count.

Grind Fresh Grind coffee immediately before brewing for maximum flavor retention.

Consistency is Key Use a scale for precise measurements. Small changes make big differences.

Experiment & Adjust These recipes are starting points. Adjust grind size, ratios, and timing to match your taste preferences.

Storage Keep beans in an airtight container away from light and heat. Use within 15-40 days of roast date for optimal flavor.

Pourover

The foundation of café culture. Espresso demands precision, but rewards you with concentrated flavor and the perfect base for milk drinks.

What You'll Need
  • Espresso machine
  • Coffee grinder (burr preferred)
  • Scale
  • Tamper
