Tea Brew Guide

Great tea is the sidekick to great coffee. With precise brewing you will avoid burning delicate tea leaves and over extracting toasted rice. This will maximize the flavor profiles of each tea so you can have the best experience.

Each method below works with all tea types. Brew time and temps will vary. Visit each product page to see more brewing recipes.

General Brewing Tips

Water Quality Matters Use filtered water when possible. Tea is 98% water—make it count.

Consistency is Key Use a scale for precise measurements. Small changes make big differences.

Tea Refills High quality, loose leaf tea can be brewed multiple times. After your first cup, use the same leaves to brew another... just increase the brew time by a minute or two.

Experiment & Adjust These recipes are starting points. Adjust dose size, ratios, and timing to match your taste preferences.

Storage Keep tea in an airtight container away from light and heat.

Hot Immersion

Classic, perfect for any time any day.
