Colombia - Nariño - 10 oz
Our Nariño coffee, cultivated by local producers in the high-altitude region of Sandona-Chachauy, is grown at 1,600 meters above sea level, where the cool temperatures and slow maturation process allow for a well-rounded cup with exceptional clarity. The coffee is a blend of two classic varieties, Caturra and Castillo, and undergoes a washed processing method, which enhances its clean, bright profile.
NOTES
- Our coffees go through a rigorous quality-testing process every single step of the way. By being fully, vertically integrated we are able to say with ultimate confidence that this is a Solid coffee.
- Every bag of coffee is freshly roasted-to-order. We ship out your beans within 48 hours of roasting for maximum freshness. Coffee is best enjoyed between 30-40 days from the "Roast Date" on the bag for optimal flavor.
- Solid is meant to be served one way, your way. At our cafes, we serve espresso and V60, but our coffees can be enjoyed with Aeropress, Cold Brew, or any other way you like!
